“After receiving several estimates on our bathroom remodel project, we contacted Dave Voelker’s Design & Construction company after seeing some of his work that friends of ours had done. We called Dave and what a pleasure he was to work with. He helped us through the design phase providing valuable input and even gave up a Sunday morning to meet with us and the parts and fixture provider. He had told us in advance that he does not start another project until the current project is complete and the customer is satisfied. This proved to be true as the start date for our project slipped by several weeks but he kept us informed which we really appreciated and we knew that we would be afforded the same level of service once he started our project.
His team of Art and Al were tremendous to work with. They arrived on time each day and did not leave until all the day’s work was completed. They were very professional and the quality of their work far surpasses any other project we have had done over the years. They were very receptive to any mid-course changes and even recommended some as well.
The bottom line, our project far exceeded expectations and we are so happy with our new bathroom. The final cost was less than what we budgeted and easily less than the other estimates. Costs plus the fact we know the quality of materials and craftsmanship was superior to what the other contractors were going to provide gives us a tremendous comfort level.
