In the planning stages, Dave noticed things that other bidding contractors didn’t even see. Dave made the job of selecting fixtures, tile, etc. easier as he is helpful with wearability and practicality and he has a good design perspective with high-end items. Dave’s assistant , Al, was clever in finding a solution to a difficult situation. I always appreciated the call when circumstances caused Dave or his assistants to arrive late.
