“We’ve engaged Dave Voelker Design and Construction for several projects in our home. We’ll just mention a few…We absolutely love our new mudroom, it is so functional for a busy family of five and it looks fantastic! Recently we had to replace a lot of rotting wood on the eves and trim outside our home, as well as install all new gutters – it was a very detailed project and the work was outstanding. Our home looks like new! Best of all was the work done to convert our detached four-stall garage into a guesthouse. When we bought the house, we knew that the four-stall attached garage gave us ample room for our cars (Who needs 8 car stalls?!) and we wanted to see what could be done to make it a usable space. Dave and his team worked with us on a design for the conversion, and they were able to turn the garage into a perfect place for our family to watch Steeler games, play ping-pong and just relax.
